Once you place your order for products such as cowhide rugs we will e-mail you the tracking number. The cow hide will be dispatched through UPS or DHL and will require a signature.

All purchases are dispatched for next working day. All claims for non delivery must be made within 4 days of placing the order.
We make every effort to deliver goods on the day we specify. But we cannot guarantee delivery on that day as we have to relay in a third party to do so.
We use UPS who are one of the largest and probably the most reliable delivery company worldwide and 97% of the parcels are delivery next working day.

Refund Policy
We take pride in the premium quality of our items and offer a "no questions asked" money back guarantee. If you would like to return your item (s) you must do so within 14 days of receipt your purchase. Buyer are responsible for the return delivery cost.
Cowhides are natural products and may have slight marks or imperfections but these are part of the unique caracter of the hides and should not be considered to be defects.
RETURNS SHOULD BE SENT ON A SIGNED FOR SERVICE TO THE FOLLOWING ADDRESS WITH YOUR NAME AND ORDER NUMBER
All returned goods must be in a full un-used condition. Once we receive the item and inspect it for damage, we aim to refund your original purchase price within 3 days.
